About IFPTarget
IFPTarget is a tool for customized virtual target identification. In IFPTarget, a protein-ligand interaction fingerprinting (IFP) method was used to analyze the target-specific binding features, which involves eight types of protein−ligand interactions (including hydrogen-bond donors, hydrogen-bond acceptors, positive charges, negative charges, face-to-face π−π stacking, edge-to-face π−π stacking, hydrophobic, and metal-binding interactions. A comprehensive index (Cvalue) integrating molecular docking, interaction fingerprinting analyses, and binding affinity prediction was used for target ranking. The established target database containing 11,863 protein structures covering 2842 unique protein targets.
IFPTarget is free for academic use, and please send user information (including PI name, institution, contact email, etc.) to ddtmlab_gbl@sina.com to obtain the download link of IFPTarget.tar.zip files.
